1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Jaffna Comfort Inc. (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Jaffna Comfort Inc. provides HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) installation, maintenance, and repair services primarily in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) of Ontario, Canada. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

All product installations are subject to manufacturer specifications and local building codes. We guarantee our workmanship, but specific product warranties are held by the respective manufacturers.

3. User Accounts & Booking

To use certain features of the website (like booking and managing HVAC details), you may be required to register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer.

By booking a service online or by phone, you confirm that you are the homeowner or an authorized representative of the property where the service is to be performed.

4. Appointments, Cancellations & Fees

Appointments booked through our platform are subject to availability. We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Diagnostic fees apply to service calls and are non-refundable, regardless of whether you choose to proceed with the recommended repairs.
• Emergency after-hours service is subject to premium rates, which will be disclosed prior to dispatch.

5. Modifications to Service and Prices

Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
